Add your Google Maps API key
Open index.html and set GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY near the top of the script. Enable both Maps JavaScript API and Directions API on the key for road-snapped routing.

Advertised: system operating spring 2029. Default target assumes tunneling wraps 3–4 months earlier for station fit-out and commissioning. The amber diamond on the map marks where the lead machine should be today to hit the target date.
